Unsubscribers aren't enough to make them promote EXO. If fans talk with their wallet by not buying EXO merch, not buying an EXO ticket, then SM will pay attention because their revenue will take a hit. Or someone can just hire a hitman on craiglist to take a hit on an SM executive, maybe that will get their attention.

@EXOPLANET I overall agree with what you're trying to say, but to answer the question ;"ain't this promoting EXO" technically no, this isn't promotion at all. Only fans will see this and not even all of them will watch this. 24/7 isn't even the title track so it's actually even less noteworthy. Promoting is doing something that spreads the song to the public so they can listen to it and become a fan of the group. Uploading a movie maker video of a B-side isn't helping EXO gain new fans, it's just giving already existing fans just a little bit of content.

Mamá estoy llorando por ver qué ya casi pasará dos años de esto, es que... yo recuerdo que vi todo, tenía tiempo esas semanas y no me perdía en absoluto nada de lo que estaban haciendo además fue una etapa difícil y gracias a ellos la pasé menos mal, enserio, llevo siendo exo-L alrededor de 4 años y espero sea hasta el fin de los tiempos 😭✨❤️
