Yunho having a panic attack was the most relatable thing in this episode. I thought it would be Donghae tbh because he mentioned he was claustrophobic and he's always the quiet one and hesitant at first.. but those who look strongest hide it so well. I'm so grateful to Yunho for baring his soul on this show and showing to me that all of us are the same and have the same feelings and reactions to trauma. My heart hurt for him and I was having a mild anxiety attack all throughout the cave scenes, even before they started going down. Just like Yunho I felt like I overcame it, and when he reached the top he saw all the people helping each other out and decided to join them that's when he felt humbled and his anxiety went away. Ah, I love you, Yunho.

Yunho's situation really hits me. I knew about the incident, but for a bystander like me, it was like, "well, that happened, let's move on." I didn't realize that someone really suffered from it. And to think that he's still traumatized until now, I was such an ignorant person. I hope this experience really helped him overcoming his trauma.

I still remember the headlines about when this happened to him.. To this day that's something that has never left my memory so I can only imagine what that did to him during that cave. Triggering trauma is so horrifying it almost brings back the same exact feelings (speaking from experience) but I'm so proud he was able to overcome it thanks to them. I hope our boys will stay strong & together thru everything that comes their way. 💙❤

I truly understand how Yunho feels. I love to do this kind of activity but I always get a headache out of sudden, then rapid heartbeat and I find it hard to breathe in the middle of the journey. I’m so glad Yunho is able to go through this successfully.

I think Yunho has PTSD. I have terrible anxiety and depression myself, I do get panic attacks. Last year I ended up in the ER because they were so severe. I had and still have trauma from last year so I understand how he felt. Although my trauma and his are completely different. I just want to give him a hug and say it's going to be okay just breathe. I hope he knows that it's okay to be vulnerable and let others know if you're having a hard time. My poor Yunho ❤ That's the thing with both Yunho and Jongsu (Leeteuk) They both have a hard time mentally but they don't show it to others. It's not easy. I am glad they got the boys with them. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
