Not really... All started in the very beginning (History/Mama), with their firsts songs :) Well, I truly believe that. I don't think they've become great, they've always been great :D Certainly Growl is one of the firsts most elaborated choreos so I agree it has a special touch.

When I watched 'Growl' for the first time, my reaction was, 'EXO is the freshest K-pop group concept-wise.' Years later, I still feel the same because they managed to make the Chinese version distinct from the Korean version by using different counterparts and assigning different members to the same lines!

I wish that Xiumin could have more parts. He sings really well. It's just that he seems nervous and SM probably doesn't put enough effort in his singing which is why he isn't really able to improve. With more training, Xiumin could really be what keeps EXO going. Xiumin fighting oppa~

First time listening to EXO-M and I can definitely see what Kris, Tao and Luhan meant when they said that the members of EXO-M are not treated equally. TBH it kinda makes me feel happy that Kris, Tao and Luhan left and are working in China because let's be honest over here, they wouldn't have gotten the attention they deserve by being a part of a company which is obviously biased.

My own opinion: First, Popularity and achievements are from their fans. You streamed their songs multiple times, watched their mvs and buy their albums. Meanwhile, we don't care about any of that. Yes, we do care about our faves achievements and we do try to make them win by voting but not to the point that we're going to waste our time watching the same my for an hour or so. They don't force us too. They remind us that we have a life aside from them. Second, recognition is also based on popularity. My faves get recognised because of their talents. Their vocals, their sense of style, their versatile acting, their dance styles. They have a life beside shitloads of comebacks and our faves can stand alone without the help of their members. For example: EXO Baekhyun could be BYUN BAEKHYUN as a soloist, as an actor, a luxury brand ambassador. And I'm proud to say that this is what EXO taught us. We didn't have so many views in an my bcs they always remind us that we should focus on ourselves first or study first than watching their ig lives, them who always tell us to buy foods instead of alburns, and most especially having their own unique talent in their solo activities with us making us all proud as EXO-LS
