It's been 7 years, but they keep on releasing chinese versions on par with korean even though chinese market is partly closed for them now. For a lot confused about lay. Here is the reason: There is a Hallyu ban in China cuz of past tension between China and Korea. But last year they started to leneant with the ban. But now some are trying to get rid of it. they are trying to slowly get rid of the hallyu ban and lay is a youth ambassador. So, by that, he can't do any Korean promotions, until they fully get rid of it, then he can participate in it. The reason other idols like Jackson, jun and the 8, and other chinese idols can still promot with their groups is the fact they aren't ambassador of any kind in china. So yeah that is why.
