I really miss the old kpop. Their music implement the kpop genre. The real identity of kpop. Kpop nowadays are too much with the western’s elements in their music and it makes the kpop genre forgotten. The reason why i love kpop is because of their genre that I can’t find anywhere else. Quite sad.

There's plenty of groups like Momoland, Seventeen, Twice, Dreamcatcher, etc. that do their own thing. Just because they're not as popular as some other groups doesn't mean they aren't out there.

It's funny to see the 3rd gen and 4th gen girl groups try to emulate the f(x) sound, and fail. The holy trinity of kpop girl groups amongst all generations will always be SNSD, f(x) and 2ne1. Seriously, f(x) was ahead of their time, it's such a shame SM didn't promote them well, they could have still been releasing incredible iconic music like they always did.

this mv has great quality and concept, even when sm upload this again in 2019 no one notice this is an old mv. their style and outfits always step ahead. if sm promote them right, they must be on the same level as rv in this era. i proudly say f(x) invented quirky and aesthetic concept in kpop

I get that you're sad they disbanded, and I too wish they didn't, but imagine if this exact song was actually released today in 2019 with this exact MV. I bet you'd be here again but hating on SM for giving them such an outdated sound and sh*tty video quality. f(x) was and is still amazing, but trashing current groups is not gonna bring them back. It's just sh*tty behaviour.

for years, Sm didn't put 'f(x)' on their video clips, f(x) was only written in korean,they only added it recently. F(x) have a lot of international fans but many didn't know it's their videos because of this. Also, the group has been on hiatus since 2015.

@@kenouzkenza7331 I know that this is an old comment, but F(x) is an old gg (2009) and back then, despite their mvs written in Korean, it was difficult to find their official mvs, but despite that, they were the 3rd most watched gg after SNSD and 2NE1. F(X) was HUGE! But because they didn't get a comeback since 2015, their views didn't increase much. If they got comebacks until today they would have so many views :(

에프엑스가 얼마나 작정하고 바주얼멤 몰빵했나면, 빅토리아가 21살이란 연습생으로 들어오긴 많은 나이임에도 오디션에 합격시키고 데뷔전부터 화보, 뮤비참여등 서포트에 에펙이 빅토리아를 비주얼 센터로 두고 만들어졌으나, 생각보다 설리가 인기가 막강해져서 설리가 센터로 변경, 후에 핫써머릋 기점으로 크리스탈 외모 미쳐서 크리스탈러 센터 바꿈. 그리고 돌아가면서.. 그만큼 비주얼로는 어벤져스급 걸그룹이었음..

i miss when kpop wasn’t a who can make the noisiest song, and dance competition lol. it’s painful how pretty much all kpop nowadays is catered for a western audience. second gen will never be beat 💪🏻

They gave us vocals, hella dancing for dayyys, looks on looks on LOOKS, and their songs still sound ahead of their time 10yrs later.. Between this song being on their 1st album and LA chA TA being their debut single, these ladies were simply meant to be legendary period 💅🏾

Really, I'd say Rum Pum Pum (in which they channel Britney Spears, imo) is their best song/video, then Electric Shock. This song I rarely listen to, but I watch it a lot because Luna sort of crushes it in this one: cute, sexy, sassy, great legs, cool costumes. I hardly notice the rest of them. This has also got their best choreography since La Chata.

E Brown As a Britney fan since I was in diapers, I don't see how Rum Pum Pum Pum channels Britney at all. The only simularity I could maybe find is the soft/minimalistic vocals. I actually find Nu ABO to be their best coreography though. Sure in La Chata they move around a lot but Nu ABO's dance moves are... catchy. And having a catchy dance can help sell the song their performing a bit more. I like Pinocchio because of its hard hitting beat and the sharp quickness of the voals. It just completely immerses you in the song and its concept, ya know?
