10 years seems to be the maximum amount of time (Jewelry doesn't really count since they flipped members). It's just too hard to do the same thing for a long amount of time. They all have different interests and realistically, acting is so much easier on their lives than being in a girl group (if you can get consistent work). Personally, I'm glad they get to do their own thing. Can you imagine Yoona's schedule from 2008-2016? 7 dramas + SNSD tours + SM tours + TV appearances (and that doesn't include the dance and singing practice time).

Sone have to be the most amazing fans ever. I would definitely stand in the middle of a rain, snow, hail, thunder or lightening storm, Hurricane or tsunami... any kind of storm or weather for those girls. Sone for life. Girls' Generation is the best.

I'm like crying over here. I love seeing how happy both the crowd and the girls were even though the conditions weren't great. Their faces when the whole crowd started doing the dance were so happy and the fact that the whole crowd learned the dance and did it together in the rain and had a blast gets me emotional.
