Love how the first part (dandelion) is him being so in love and so all the vibe and people around him are just so happy and cheerful, the color tone is also bright. and then the second part (roses) he is so heartbroken, and the vibe is just sad, anger and disappointment and people around him just stay still, don’t react and seems distant from him and the color tone is darker. It is actually genius of Jaehyun to release these two songs as his pre-releases to his album debut- like man can sing any song and the emotions becomes so real- it’s surreal. Can’t wait for J, it will be one of the best debut album of 2024.

First i listened to the whole album on Spotify (life altering experience) and then watched the Smoke music video and now watched this for the first time too and the vibes change that the comments here are talking about is in play between every track in the album. Jaehyun sang in such ways that he showcased his own style in some tracks and also his neoness in the other tracks like Flamin Hot Lemon and Easy. Roses lyrics are so hard-hitting. The force at which he expresses the feelings is commendable. The album is accurately named "J" cause it shows Jaehyun as an artist and highlights his beautiful voice through each song. I've been an nctzen since 2019 and Jaehyun was the one who made me curious about NCT. As I dove into the NCT universe, I was fascinated at how many incredible artists NCT houses. As nctzens, we know that NCT can deliver the widest musical range whilst adding so much personality to the music they make. Jaehyun just showed us once again that NCT members are genuinely artists. From the striking visuals and beautiful cinematography to well produced music, heck even the styling is great. This really showcases Jaehyun's talent and colors. I feel like a lot of the times people just see him as a visual and forget that he is one of the most versatile and well rounded members of NCT!
