I don't think singers or actors are 100% always satisfied with their performances. It's not impossible, but it's very rare.

And it looks like the vocalists are the ones who looks disappointed. If you listen to the live video again, their voices are sometimes unstable. They were sometimes out of breath, which is super understandable because they freaking dancing and singing. But Singers in general are very hard on themselves.
