Hard to believe they've already been around for 7 years already, and they haven't lost that charm when it comes to their Neo Culture Technology sound and concepts~ NCT 127 were really ahead of their time, and no one can replicate what they do really

That's probably why a lot of kpop fans don't like it. I know this'll sound mean, but I feel like kpop is aiming at younger audiences and shortening songs/making them repetitive and mainstream so they get easy likes/tiktok trands and radio play (my opinion of course). NCT isn't main stream enough I guess?

I consider 127 to be more underappreciated than underrated. I think a lot of people know full well how talented the group is, they just don’t like them for whatever reason. It could be their music (especially their more idiosyncratic comebacks), it could be because they have a big company behind them giving them a perceived advantage, or that they threaten the popularity of their own faves. I can’t feel too sorry for one of the top 5 groups in Kpop, though I do find myself somewhat irritated to see younger gen groups surpass them in popularity internationally. I agree about the newer cookie-cutter pop boy groups out there; I listen to them and go, “Bleh.” However, there’s a prominent music critic who loves the stuff, and tends to find 127’s material problematic. I prefer artists who are willing to take risks: “Sticker” was 127’s most controversial song, and also their most artistically successful. 💚

Hope next comeback Yuta will get more lines and screentime. Only time he got decent lines was in Kick it. SM should really give Yuta more justice he is an allrounder. Atleast Taeil got the screentime he deserved.

Mark's intro into Taeyong's flow, Haechan tone into Doyoung pitch then down to Jaehyun baritone... Then the added color/brightness with Taeil and Jungwoo... Into hard metal Johnny and Yuta. The music quilt that SM stitches in the studio is impeccable. "In the end I make my way", Epic. 2:36 who is responsible, take a bow, smoove. Kenzie has her formula. When I hear McKinnon on keys, his styling wins. Dem Jointz the beat maker. Tropkillaz nice to meet yah. Sound that is NCT 127.

It's not uncommon for some kpop groups to lose a bit of their identity after many years of performing, no shade to them, it's the natural flow of life, but what draws my attention the most towards 127 is how they still manage to keep their releases interesting and fresh without losing a tiny bit of their style. In fact, I think ay-yo marked a new beginning for them, as they started to embrace the hip hop style even more with this song and skyscraper and this was more accentuated with walk. That's the main reason why I personally think nct 127 has the best discography in kpop. Their talent is undeniable, you may not like the music itself, but that will never cancel out the great vocals, the insane rap and the top-notch production, and their dedication is notable since they are a 9 year old group that still keeps innovating

127 is producers fav. They always bring something new, a head of everyone. Producers are keeping their eyes on them to keep up with the trend. Watched some reaction vids of producers and artists, almost all of them love their releases. May not be for the public, but from Ay-Yo lyrics you can tell 127 don't care. Probably some people don't like their music, but enough people or fans love them. And that's enough for them. Keep doing you 127!

There’s only a finite amount of time in a song. As you stated, Taeil and Johnny got more screen time than usual. In order to give them more screen time, you need to take some away from other members. That or you need to make the song long enough to accommodate for all of the members. And in a 9 member group, that’s going to be more difficult than a four or five member group. Yuta will have more time to shine in other eras 😊

Taeil!!!!! You really stood out to me in this whole song, your visuals and vocals are stunning as usual and I’m happy to see you getting the spotlight you deserve! And Haechan, Omg you totally wrecked me with your black hair and CLEAN AF vocal work. Taeyongs hair is so cool, it reminds me of y2k boy groups like shinee lol! Mark your vocals and dancing in this song was absolutely incredible, you really can do anything! It's not that different form them tho... It's like chain + punch + simon says (but in the best way possible)... But it's different form other groups or artists in general. I love their innovation too. That's why they are lately my ult group in kpop :)

NCT 127 doesn't give us earworm songs for the sole purpose of making it to the top of the Billboard music charts, but rather they give us truly experimental sounds and Neo hip hop styles that no one else can do but them!! I love it!! Their songs are ahead of their time!

I really love the style, visual and balance of the MV. There's no lack or excess of anything. And I'm in love with song's vibe and sound. "IT IS DEFINETELY NCT127!" - this phrase is in my head all the time while I'm listening. It PERFECTLY suits them. Thanks to our boys and all the people who took part in the creation of the song and MV NCT127 NEVER DISAPPOINTS!

@@ranaahmed9741 the song’s lyrics are very obviously ( like other nct songs ) about being intimate with someone but the writers decided to use randomly Valhalla in the song. personally Nordic mythology is apart of my culture and my religion i genuinely feel disrespected And yes it is that serious to me
