I think I get the story now! Changmin and that girl were lovers in highschool but he got mad at her for something and unknowingly walked into traffic (rain scene) but she pushed him out of the way to save him, causing her death. Ten years later, he can't stop thinking about her. He finds that sketchy Lupin bar and each of those matches represents a memory he can relive if he lights them, but the catch is that he only has so many. And yeah, bunch of sad memories/flashbacks and crying and great emotional shots of Changmin :D
