why i love RV and will always support them and their solo activities is because they know their colors and their music (together AND solo) represents that. Seulgi is exactly who she thinks she is. You can tell she's found her niche, she knows who she is an artist, and the art that she puts out in the world is unmistakably her brand. I LOOOOVE how “i’m your baby, not baby” plays with the double meaning, like she’s saying “i’m your lover, your baby,” but not a literal baby, not someone to baby, or treat like she’s fragile or simple, and that “i’m innocent and so perfect” line???? it’s so sarcastic, she’s calling out the way people expect her to be this sweet flawless girl, and then completely rejecting it. the whole song feels like her fighting back against being boxed in, saying “I can be soft and strong at the same time.” it’s honestly so genius. I’m so obsessed actually.

The promotions for this album might be one of the worst I've seen for Red Velvet. Legitimately unacceptable. I dont understand what's so hard about actually doing your jobs and helping your artists, and in turn, your company? Get it together over there my gosh

I will say despite the lack of what was promised with some of the promotional material like Seulgi wearing a cat mask made of cloth and appearing in a black car. I like everything else about this music video espacially the hip movement, and the clawing of the wind shield to the car that passed her by.

This is the album quality that we expected after 2 years+ of solo hiatus 🥹 The album has no skip songs and the MV is just so perfect and so Seulgi-like, knowing that she always make sure to do everything her way with her solo albums 💛 Let's have a successful comeback 💛
