So my mom saw this music video back in 2010 and when she saw Minho she said he is very handsome. Today in 2020 I'm watching Hwarang and she walks by. Then Minho appears on screen and she said that that guy is very handsome. I told her she said that almost 10 years ago. My mom has seen me watch many kdramas and kpop videos. Only two times she commented on a cute guy, and these two times it has been about Minho.

His voice always brighten me up on my dreary days, his personality would make thousands of shawols smile...but it's always in our hearts and memories. I am still heartbroken and mourning for him. This SHOOK the Kpop community when it came out for a number of reasons: 1. THE DANCE - it was the most difficult one we saw from kpop groups of that time 2. THE HAIR - Key’s half shaved hairdo?deceased! Taemin’s long locks - I remember reading articles on allkpop saying that he looked better than female idols 3. Jonghyun’s BACKLESS SHIRT - hot diggity, what a risky choice as back then it was not that common to show much skin 4. THE HIGH NOTE - when I heard the song for the first time I thought “no way he can hold the note for so long”, but then I watched their live performance and had to punch myself in the face for ever doubting Jong’s singing ability..honestly folks GO WATCH THEIR LIVE PERFORMANCE - they are on another level Legendary song and video from a legendary group! Still remember the memes about it (e.g why is Taemin dancing in a sewage tunnel) and people trying to complain about “another SM MV in a box” while simultaneously admiring everything that I have mentioned above. Shinee will forever be special ❤️

It's not that views dont matter. Its cause we are living in an age of social media. This video came out on 2011 when KZbin wasnt as big as 2018 so its obvious why BTS and Blackpink are the view holders. But yes, fandom strength does not equal KZbin views. Also shinee is a 2ng gen kpop idol group so they cant be compared:)

I was starstruck with Taemin with his long locks the 1st time I saw this MV, and later I was frustrated when I've found out those were just hair extension. But man, what a visual. The lip biting and the choreo on 1:46 is just spot on. And I was forever a #shawol that second, until now. Unfortunately, OT5 #SHINee is no more, but I still stan them 😊

This was one of the first Kpop videos I watched when I got into Kpopback in 2010. I am completely saddened by Jonghyun's death. He was so talented and by all accounts a great person. I'm glad he shared his amazing talent with the world and may he RIP. He will never be forgotten.

It hurts so much to listen to this song now. This was my first every kpop song four years ago and was the song which got me curious about Kpop. Jonghyun was my bias in SHINee and I'm so frustrated with myself to not have shown my gratitude towards him and SHINee. Jonghyun was such a talented and hardworking man and I just wish he knew that. Rest in peace Jonghyun, know that you are loved by many and will still be loved and remembered as a great artist.

Your story is very similar to mine. Jonghyun was my very first bias in Kpop and SHINee was not only the first Kpop group that I got introduced to but also my favorite for 3 years. In those 3 years my only world was SHINee I wasn't even a multifandom. But it's been 4 years since I neglected them and I have so many regrets... I could've supported Jobghyun's songs actively but all I did was listen to them 😔 Rest In Peace my bling bling dino ❤️

After SHINee comeback with “Don’t call me” today, I can’t help feeling nostalgic about the old time, so I just come to check out Lucifer, which is my most memorable of all SHINee’s comebacks (maybe because I was in highschool at that time, so I kinda remember a lot how I used to be so crazy about them). Literally researched every single thing about them. Fell in love with their music, characters, talents, personalities etc. Broke for coming too late in the fandom and for Jonghyun's passing. I honestly dont know what would help rn. When i look back at funny clips and see his smiles, i suddenly picture the image of Jonghyun with tears and pain plastered onto his face moments before his death, whilst he texted his sister goodbyes. He probably belted out his tears *alone* in that apartment, his last cry for help before he left us. When I listen to his music, suddenly the 5 years ive "spent with him" comes flashing back in the most hurtful it can. All the memories he has allowed me to have and all the joy he brought... and the fact that he's no longer able to do that. He saved me and other fans soo many times... but we weren't able to save him. He's suffered; now it's our turn.
