Hybe is evil and now they're pretending SM and Hybe pioneered Kpop when Hybe just got lucky because of BTS and never came up with anything new. SM (Lee Sooman) invented pretty much everything about kpop like the training system.

Look at the achievements NCT 127 has gotten in the US recently. With sticker they were able to get #3 against big names like Drake, Kanye, and Lil Nas X who released an album the same day they did. That album stayed in the charts for months and they barely got anything to show for it when it comes to promotions there. Sticker and Ay-Yo's albums also charted in multiple official charts in North America and Europe. We hope you actually mean what you're saying here and include the group that's giving you results, especially since the 127 fans have been giving you so much in that front.

Throughout the video, you didn't mention/inform about the agreement with Kakao such as when new shares will be issued, Kakap will have first priority to buy, giving exclusive album distribution rights and digital rights solely to Kakao, all the concert ticketing + fan meeting ticketing to Kakao. All of those new groups you planned to launch in Amercia, Japan and Southeast Asia are joint venture with Kakao. But, you're misleading shareholders' investment decisions with some hidden information. This is not much different from you guys outsourced production sector to Lee Sooman. Another video, you're planning to produce 40 plus albums. But, at the hearing, you did say you didn't have fund to set up multiple production centers. And you need Kakao investment, and you offered the convertible bonds to Kakao without the knowledge of other shareholders. How could you ask shareholders to trust you again when you did backdoor deals just to pay high compensations for yourself?

Nct 127 has a really big fanbase in Europe and Australia but during the link tour they didn't come there for even one concert. Maybe you should do something about this...

basically SM ent's multi-production system, like the Division system at JYP, where JYP has been running this system from 2016 since TWICE debuted, now JYP already has 5 divisions, each division managing its own group.

I don't think SM should abandon China. I'm not a fan of China but its a huge market and many people there love kpop and they shouldn't be punished because of political reasons. We know Hybe doesn't like China that shouldn't be SM too.
