I got goosebumps for the entire orchestra version but got cried at the end when their voices comes in. This cover was beyond amazing and very much of satisfied as an EXO-L. It really touches my heart how they relive this song. It's legendary.

This made me nostalgic not only for Growl era EXO, but my high school orchestra days. I love how this arrangement didn't focus on being 100% faithful to the original, which is what a lot of orchestral arrangements of pop songs try to do. There's nothing wrong with the usual arrangements, but there are songs that translate better to an orchestral arrangement than others (and I have an inkling Growl wouldn't be one of those songs). This arrangement managed to bring out the familiar parts of a well-loved song while also showing off grandiosity that a full orchestra is capable of, and I just...ugh, I love it!

I always remembered 10 years ago, when we Exotics(XD) were starving of an Exo comeback. But one fine day, when i came home from school and opened facebook (instagram didnt exist), first thing everyone saw was SM suddenly uploading XOXO teaser photos. The whole fandom flipped and went crazy, definitely a nostalgic moment for me. 2013 was such a memorable year for Exo Ls and looking back makes me so happy! Queen GROWL Forever! Ps. I got teary whenever the piano comes on during the pre chorus and the bridge.🥲😭 take me back to 2013🥺

This EXO-L cried a little at the end. Growl has something that is indescribable. You either get it or you don't. SM Classics is just an amazing series, and I hope they never stop with these covers.

How proud I am to be an EXO-L, listening to this classic in a Philharmonic Orchestra is great. It was not for nothing that Growl was named the nation's anthem. Growl fue la primera canción que escuche de EXO, es la canción por la que orgullosamente soy EXO L, acabo de sentir la misma emoción que sentí ese maravilloso día en que conocí a EXO. Esta pieza es demasiado hermosa al oído, es un relajante para los sentidos al punto de hacerne llorar de emoción. Honestly, I envy those people who live together in the same country as EXO, these people can listen to these guys' songs everywhere and understand the meaning of their songs without a translator, and I also envy the people who have been with EXO since their debut in 2012.
