Guys everyone saying what it means...Basically the MAIN concept of NCT is "dream". The boy was in the desert and yet he dreamt of the ocean and it came true.

Im pretty convince that this is KWANGYA and that is Black Mamba... dont mind me, im going around all SM MV trying to put together all the pieces for SM Culture Universe.

Watched this again after 3 years, and I suddenly have this thought that maybe Winwin has a special role in this whole NCT universe/concept because he's somehow the connection between 127 and WayV. His last comeback with NCT was Regular, and then he debuted in WayV with Regular. I think it's not coincidence that he got inactive in 127 during Simon Says era although he appeared in the MV, and that's last time we have seen him in a 127 MV where he's falling in a wormhole or falling into something dark. This connects to WayV's 2nd MV, Dream Launch, where it showed something about a wormhole. I dunno about y'all but although there are weird, confusing, and enraging things happening in NCT (I still think a big part of it is because of some shitty management tho), I still think they are playing on this big, weird, pre-planned, envisioned concept of theirs that's somehow hard to grasp. Edit: okay i went back to these comment of mine here because nct 2020 is happening and it all connects to this origin and that mysterious resonating sound that the child heard in this vid is finally given meaning because they came together through that sound, wayv finally united with the rest of nct, and just as winwin bubbled, he is back in nct, and he brought with him wayv

Rewatching all of NCT's concept videos after seeing NCT Wish's concept trailer. I love how the world of dreams and visions unites all of the subunits together. It would be cool if SM made an SMCU movie with whole NCT members together in their dream world.

I think they planned all these things before their debute.In the beginning boy used black colour chalk and It's the theme of NCT 2018.Then he used Blue colour chalk and It's the theme of NCT 2020.

sm's sound water at the very end of every grps' MVs and Karina meeting her ae in water. there's something abt water and they are driven to it. or something like a portal? (kdramas always use water as portals) dream in a dream photoshoot and from home mv took place by the beach also plus sand, like where superm's jopping took place. they arrived at the same point where the kid woke up? the snake and the lady in black looks like black mamba. there's also something with the colors she gave the kid. the montage of the kid in field and by the beach is similar to from home mv (does it mean their home is in past or in future? since that was the concept of reso pt 1)

After 5 years, NCT's concept and its connection to SMCU are finally starting to make sense.

I think I'm getting the meaning of this. It was mentioned in NCT 127's Limitless that "like finding an ocean at the end of a desert" so it was conveying that the group is really has no limit. They would keep on growing as time goes by although there may be barriers to survive in that dream in a dream. When the kid in the video chose the blue crayon, I thought it means that the group would be like an ocean; they will just go with the flow because they are limitless. The woman symbolizes a person or a group of people who would guide the group until they learn how to be independent. I don't know where these thoughts came from but yeah, that's what I can say.
