SM is a big company and has a lot of artists beside NCT. Yes they're kinda sucks in promotion. EXO-Ls complain this everytime in every comeback too. But....what makes an artist big, is not only agency promotion, but also the fan support.......i think most NCTzen know this video exists....but they dont just come here everyday to str34m

She's under aikm, a subsidiary of mystic story, which is a division under SM. I would say its not SM's job to promote this song bcs she has her own label, and also she's not directly an SM artist. (like cmon, even the artist who is directly under SM dont get enough promotion from them). I think its more than enough that all aikm musicians songs were posted under SM's channel bcs it helps to reach to more people bcs the amount of subscribers are huge. And also, this song was probably recorded when nct 127 were busy preparing for their first solo concert so its understandable if he's not in the mv. Like, he agreed to featured in the song was already a blessing.
