That was my initial thought too but the more I pondered about it and discussed it with friends, I was enlightened and came to the conclusion that the road memorial we saw at the end was of her ex-lover before dean. The bucketlist she was doing throughout this mv was probably made between her and her ex-lover. Since he died, she went into that rebellious phase as a way of dealing with her unexpected loss. And in the process of her rebellious outbursts, she met dean. And possibly even fell in love with him. In starlight, we see dean with her necklace and her walking away. That could imply that she'll come back for dean after she's dealt with her previous business before and that is completely moving on from her ex-lover's death. And that's when the bucketlist comes in: by fulfilling them and taking polaroid pictures, she can finally present it to her deceased ex-lover that she's done them as a way of saying goodbye for good.

10 minutes after updating the views was like 160 k

Think about it like this, assuming there were 1 million views between the first hour and 9th hour and they only updated an extra 500k to the 400 to make 900k views, that means that other 500k is still being checked. It doesn't mean there were only 900k views the first 9 hours :)
