Their albums are usually not mainstream, and even non-Kpop fans can like their songs such as "Choosey Lover", "Sky", "Bolero", or "Spellbound". All very different but you won't find such songs in Kpop nor Jpop - they sound classy and are true evergreens.

ファンだからって安易に擁護するのではなく、2人の今までの言動、姿勢、人柄を見れば日本を嫌うなどといったことは微塵も感じられないし、本当に日本のファンも韓国のファンと同じくらいに愛してくれていることは分かる。だからこのような形で話題になってファンではない人達にやっぱり韓国人だからそうか、、と思われるのがとても悲しい。誰の意向でこうなったかは真実は分からないけど2人のイメージを下げるようなことやファンを悲しませることはやめて欲しいです。

なんか直し方誠実だね…(笑) 一番に2人は何も悪くないのに、色々責められるのかと思うと…悲しい。ただでさえ、韓国と不仲なのにSM何してるの？こんなあからさまなことして…しかも、東方神起のPVでとかまっさらありえないでしょ。日本で一生懸命頑張ってる2人のこともちゃんと考えるべき。追加です。 KZbinやTwitterで2人を責めるようなコメント目にするのですが…事務所がCGのミスだと公式で発表してる限り、そうだと思うしかないと思います。この状況で、2人のことを悪くいうのはどうかと思いました。ましてや、「応援をやめる」「ライブに行かない」など…見ていて本当に悲しいです、同じファンとして。確かにPVに出てるのは東方神起ですが、このPVを作ったのは事務所や映像クリエイターの人でしょう？みなさん、東方神起を信じましょうよ。

What are you doing with SM even though you are already on bad terms with Korea? Don't be so blatant...And you can't possibly do it with the PV of Tohoshinki. マミルトン大好き確かにそのようなことが以前にもあったのは事実です。そして、Mステなどに出ていた東方神起がかっこよかったのも事実です。それをビギストではない人が言ってくださったり思ってくださっていたのが東方神起のファンとしてとても嬉しかったです。このような一件があって認めてくださっていた方々が減ってしまうのは重々承知です。しかし、あの時に見た東方神起がかっこよかったのは嘘ではなかったことを忘れないで欲しいです。

yeah but not to actual Koreans if you've been keeping up with the ACTUAL news recently. The problem with Kpop and anime fans is that they only view Korea and Japan through Kpop and anime. If anything Japanese people are saying they're leaving the fandom when it wasn't even TVXQ's fault.

They're most likely written by Japanese themselves. A lot of Japanese alt right nationalists are using this incident to further promote hate and divide the two countries.

They're not promoting hate. Sm is the one who made the "mistake" and since they make up much of TVXQ's fanbase they have a right to be upset. Japan (politically) tried to fix things with Korea not divide things.

Changmin has, for better or worse, been my main/only bias for many years😅 I had attachment issues so I kinda latched onto Changmin and didn't really let go. But after he left for army that faded and I got a boyfriend/meds/therapy. But he is always in my heart still because he's helped shape me to be who I am today. And I guess that's like the most #1 fan thing I can say...😅😅
