The reason why they aren't as popular is 100% SM Entertainment's fault. They've never pushed hard to get into the Western market (a.k.a the USA). SM in general doesn't promote their groups well. That's really a shame because they do have groups with perfect vocals.

Lord their vocals blend so well i mean i forgot how this is the most blendable harmonious vocals in kpop i've heard. Looking at this, it shouldn't be a surprise for ppl even back then to know they're definitely becoming vocal legends of the industry. I used to stan them hardcore nearly a decade ago. Having adlibs, runs... Hah i really love his voice na Shia vocal tone. I think that’s what op meant. As chenbaek have had many osts, collabs, solo albums too... I guess for Kyungsoo too as a singer. He loves singing and acting so I guess we just want him to shine equally in both.
