I honestly don't understand why SHINee's solos are so underrated when they put out such quality music. Each member has a unique musical color and concept. Their comebacks have so much artistic quality. Key's especially are so spectacular, from the song to the mv to the wardrobe. Especially while SM was going through an identity crisis. They deserve so much more.

I'm a omnivorous western pop lover, most K-pop staple just meh to me, but I fell instantly into SHINEE rabbit hole and can't get out. To me half of SHINEE Key Taemin solos are easy Billborad100 hits. EVERYTHING is 10 out of 10, composition arrangement voice power visual quality control, except... nonsensical English lyrics. Literally 1 out of 10. I know older K-pop fans tolerate uncool nonsense English lyrics, but new K-pop fans won't. That's just a K producer blind spot that has cost Taemin and Key and SHINEE dearly...

One more thing: I watched a western K-pop influencer (DBdoo or DareDB or something like that) who tracked SHINEE career, he mentioned how K-pop labels researched Japanese K-pop market, and they learned: J fans won't put up with nonsense Japanese lyrics. All SHINEE Japan songs have proper Japanese lyrics, why can't SHINEE English lyrics be given the same basic respect? Because Americans Europeans Africans Indians South East Asians will suck up anything idols sing at them? I know that's not true, so it has to be a SM blindspot.

I cried watching this MV. It's really screams Key. Key's solo, since the beginning, is very him. And I'm really happy that all SHINee boys are able to grow their own artistic style. Key is really a genuine and authentic artist, just like his brothers are. And this MV cemented that idea for me. I'm so happy he's rising this high to be able to have his own artistic style. Not many can do this kind of level, imo.

It's amazing to see Key coming into his own as a solo artist. I can feel a great difference between all his singles, and I love how he is so unapologetically his own artist. This track is so well-produced! I can't even begin to describe how great his vocals sound on this song. From concept to execution, Key is truly a masterclass in successfully pushing boundaries. Simply amazing. There's something about SHINee as a group and as soloists. I'm not sure how to say it, but it's like they capture so many interesting things about our time, our era, so masterfully. I feel like I've walked beside them for the past fifteen years and through their music, they've continued to reflect endlessly fascinating perspectives on life, love, and art, and it's always felt a bit like a mirror into our own everyday lives. They're relatable, they're clever, they're artistic! I guess what I'm trying to say, is that to me, they're some of the true artists of our time. And Key has done it again! I couldn't look away! The music is catchy, and moving, and fun to sing, the choreography is a step above, the lyrics are captivating and complex. The music video is absolutely gorgeous, the fashion is everything and more (that sparkling jacket!! the punk look!!), the lighting, the location, everything. All of Key's passion, his artistry, his stylistic choices are a gift. I'm just blown away again. AND SO PROUD. I feel so lucky to be a fan! To get to watch him explore his art! キー君のアルバムは選曲含めてセンスが抜き出ているし、楽曲は聞けば聞く程素晴らしいです。アルバム以外でも、stationの楽曲も本当に良い‼️ソロ活動の評価が韓国でその内容に伴わないのが勿体無いですね🥺killerもリパケのタイトル曲に相応しいし、個人的には80年代のJPOPのテイストも感じて、韓国では珍しい楽曲ではないかなぁと思います。コンサートも素晴らしかったし、何より生の声量がまた凄い‼️ソフトな雰囲気なのに、意外と力強いし体力もあってパワフル‼️

I'm not a SHINee WORLD, but I've always admired SHINee and their artists TOO MUCH. But talking about soloists, they are AMAZING. And, about Key, since Hate That I've been completely in love with his music. This vintage 80s footprint is what makes everything more unique. I think that after Bad Love, Kibum was able to create a "color" for his songs. They're one of a kind, and it's something only Key can do. His concept is perfect, and it's my fav style of music. Key is one of the best soloists in SM and kpop, and he knows how to do everything perfectly. That's exactly what I call talent, and art, and most importantly, being an Artist. Kibum, I admire you so much.

No soy fan del kpop pero este man es de los que sacan cosas muuuuy buenas al oido Su voz queda muy bien con este estilo synthwave

Tienes toda la razón, pienso que Key es un artista muy infravalorado, su calidad musical es superior al igual que su estética. También el hecho de que el se involucre en todo su trabajo como artista, puesto a que el es diseñador y diseña absolutamente todo en cada uno de sus proyectos, eso vale muchoo

El tema es que dentro del kpop hay diferentes generos musicales, diferentes artistas y talentos. Yo le huí al kpop por mucho tiempo, tenia una idea erronea, después por cuestiones de la vida me volví a topar con SHINee y mi percepción cambió, los chicos son demasiado talentosos vocalmente, en performance, en creatividad, en escribir letras, además siempre se arriesgan con un genero diferente, de verdad que me atraparon como grupo y sus integrantes como solistas. Sigo aun sin escuchar muchos grupos porque siento que a muchos les están dando a proposito (por llegar a más gente) un sonido muy similar, y muchos grupos de ultima generación están sonando muy parecido. Pero SHINee es muy autentico, tanto así que su compañia desde hace mucho tiempo les ha dado mucha libertad creativa. No todo el 'kpop' es igual, hay joyas escondidas entre muchos otros.
