This is better than the others solos. In the other hand, maybe the people who ''don't get it'' is because they like the childish sound of kpop. This is great, is actually music. Seohyun looks and sound like a goddess. Also, she is a hard worker, she write all the songs. PD: You must listen Magic, Bad love and Moonlight. Must.

Maybe I'm in the minority on this, but I don't think we should be putting the ones who've done solos up against the other. Each of them - Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun - have their own style and made it theirs. So there's really no comparison. There's not one that's better than the other. They're all amazing in their own style. I think we should just celebrate Seohyun's solo debut without having to bring someone else's down.

Drawing boxes around my bias will ultimately harm their creativity and robustness in music and that is the last thing I want for SNSD.* *Just because some of these songs are not necessarily popular with South Koreans doesn't mean SNSD is doing it wrong because music isn't just about pandering to the tastes of a crowd who might only want familiarity, it's also about expressing oneself and one's growth in life.* *I like to see SNSD express themselves through music. What about you?*

Treadstone Operative I agree, I always been the 2nd type of fan. but tbh I would like them to be successful in Korea because they deserve it. And I love sment for letting them debut with those songs. If they really cared only about money they would've given her an unoriginal song that koreans likes, instead they let her,Luna,Tiffany,Jonghyun,Amber,Taeyeon.. have their style of songs even if in korea they flop (exp some luckily).

I'm #2! I really could NOT care less about what is "public friendly". If I like the song, I like the song. It doesn't matter to me if only 1 other person likes it or if 10000000 more like it. SNSD is at the point where they want to grow as artists. Artists don't express things just because its "public friendly". They express what THEY like. If its not a hit, fine. If it is, that's great.

이 노래 나왔을 때 컨셉이 생각했던 거랑 달라서 좋은 의미로 놀랐는데.. 회사에서는 어쿠스틱? 느낌 나는 쪽으로 하려고 했는데 서현이 강력하게 밀어붙여서 이렇게 화려한 컨셉했다던데 정말 찰떡이었던듯... 정말 무슨 이미지든 잘 소화하는 사람이란 생각 들고ㅠㅠ 뮤비는 서현만 보느라 내용은 별로 신경 안 썼는데 이제 와서 다시 보니까 don’t say no 라고 말하는 이유가 no 라고 말하면 죽여버릴 것 같으니까 no 라고 말하지 말란 것 같네... 하지만 남자가 거절해서 결국 독살?한

*After going through a number of the reaction videos of Don't Say No, I now interpret what the meals of nuts, bolts and chains mean: The "foods" kpop idols must eat in order to survive.* *In simpler terms, those scenes are probably demonstrations of the kinds of things idols must ingest in order to survive - nuts and bolts represent micro-management while chains represent controls and restraints and the tool dropping on the cake represents how the controllers of idols even mess up personal things like birthdays.* *If this is accurate, Seohyun is truly an intelligent one - displaying music AND showing the suffering of idols at the same time. I think I admire Seohyun even more now.*

When SNSD's songs were cutesy and 'generic', people hated them for those and bashed them for not acting like their ages, but now that they started being more 'free' about their songs, people still hated them for changing their music style and wishes they come back to their old music style. Especially when they started going solo. You cant really please everybody.

Its not a unique concept for people who've been in a company for a long time to have aloot of songs to choose from lol Obviously rookies don't get to do that but if you're not a rookie you do have the choice to pick what songs you want to promote.

What's surprising me is that this flawless hard-working vocally talented lady was the innocent girl who watched Sergeant Keroro and loves sweet potato more than any men. Great job, our maknae! The song fits her so well, I don't understand why do you guys said that this is bad. Maybe because it's not the mainstream genre we heard in Kpop before, that it just doesn't fit the taste of some of us. Well, tbh it does have an Ariana Grande feel. But, I heard that she wrote 6 out of 7 songs in her album and she actually chose this song by herself. We just have to trust that Seohyun knows her capabilities so that she chose this song to represent her album. Another well-done job by the woman who wants to live until she's 100 years old. LOL! Loving it! The first member that attracted me in SNSD, even though my bias is Yoona. Our maknae, fighting!

Everyone can have their own opinions. She did indeed do very well and I love all the songs but the other girls did very well too. We should just appreciate their music and their effort to do all of this for us and not compare them to each other. This is not what they would want. Jessica did well but there is no need to dis SNSD. They have both worked hard so that we can enjoy their music. Love for all!!!
