trixie has a very distinctive face which makes it easy to borrow ..... but yeah, as an older kpop fan, i really feel this video in my soul. they're having fun, yeah, but the outside world keeps intruding, like tiffany's phone call (or the heteros almost knocking taeyeon over lmao). but even though not everything is perfect, they still come together and find happiness in their friendships. snsd really never disappoints

This is exactly what I thought. But, you know what, I know this is far fetched but I feel like they are going to have another comeback very soon in 2017. I know it sounds like wishful thinking. But, like you said this seems like an album to simply celebrate their 10 years with their fans. Everyone knows this album is amazing in terms of being a 10th anniversary celebration album. But, it doesn't feel like a proper comeback. SNSD probably knows that better than us. Yet, Sooyoung stated that her wish was to win a Daesang this year. And, as a veteran group they know very well how strong a comeback needs to be to win a Daesang. I've been following all SNSD related news for a while now and they have been looking at songs and working on their comeback since Dec 2016. That's a lot of time. Which is why i feel like they're going to drop a surprise comeback video soon. I mean, holiday is not Taeyeon's style at all but she doesn't seem too upset about it. Rumours were that they were working on a comeback like I got a Boy or maybe a mermaid concept but there were also rumours of a retro style comeback (which i think was in reference to all night probably). Also, Lion Heart and Party are very similar to Holiday and we all know those two songs didn't do as well as their previous comebacks( not hating on Lion heart and Party, i love those songs). And, before Holiday was released SNSD stated that they now knew what kind of songs their fans wanted. Okay, so this is pretty much why i think they're going to drop another mv. This could just be me being extremely hopeful in life. But, I hope it's true. And, if it's not I'll still be happy because Holiday Night is gold

@PABLETE Of course they're going to promote the album because fans have been bombarding them with requests to see them on broadcast ever since they announced a comeback in the second half of 2017. But just coz they're promoting it doesn't mean everything is about competition. SNSD literally said on the album that the only people they cared about was SONES, and if SONES liked the album that was enough. If what SNSD really cared about was competition, they would've dropped their physical and digitals on a Monday, where streams/sales can immediately be counted for a music show win on the first week. But no, what was important was the release of their album was a day before their 10th anniversary (4th Augus on a FRIDAY, where the week is already almost over), so that SONES can be prepared and sing along with them on the day of their 10th anniversary fanmeet the next day.

Kim Nguyen, It doesn't mean that because it's "not suited to be 1st" that it's not a comeback. But like it's their 10 years anniversary that's normal that they did much chilling song for it.. being a singer doesn't mean always being first no matter what's your influence in music.. Look at SES: they did a comeback for their 20th anniversary, but did a concert instead of promoting in shows and it wasn't some partying song.. Being a singer it's also do what you love to do, love the support and love for your fans and be thankful and happy about it.. And they are going to promote the songs anyways, and it doesn't mean that they can't grab the 1st place of music shows..

Its nice to see fan comments like this...im not a SONE, but SNSD is so iconic and has some of the best kpop songs ever (this song is one of my fave tracks on 2017) they will be forever in our memory and 10 years of amazing music is no small feat. Also I don't think any group will truly replicate the success of SNSD, they helped make kpop a global phenomenon. Ask any kpop fan who the most iconic group is of all time and even I will say SNSD and I'm a blackjack.

I think it was better that they debuted last 2007 because they became a part of someone's childhood. And it was more fun to see them grow up from Into The New World to Lil Touch. They were called as Legendary girl group because they managed to be on top after debuting when Kpop was dominated by Boy Groups. They belong more to second generation. Just my opinion💙
