12 3 there are many reason behind it. One of it was their management on group that was not profitable to them. Second, with money, they can do anything. Third they don't even bother to protect their artist when they're in trouble. 4th failed to manage their actor/actress when they have opportunity to make them success and etc there just so many bad thing about this agency and yet I admit it is one of the best agency in creating one best full package of idols, make music more better as they always try different genre and so on. Fyi, the current ceo is worse than KYM(the one who make kris,luhan,tao, jessica left)

Damn Kuroko well...since idol group first priority is their group...maybe that's why they reject too many roles...SM artists are offered acting roles since the beginning of their career.....But they allow slowly...when their career becomes stable.....I don't really know it's my opinion...I noticed this in older groups too...Sm rejected yoona's role offer too in the beginning but since she was center she got a bit earlier I think...And most of the artist who left Sm persue Acting career...Kris Luhan Tao are really popular in china but sm rejected their acting offers then...maybe that hurt them bcoz they earn less in korea...you know there is a law..that was recently revealed by CLC Sorn...for Jessica ..wasn't she warned many times...she was removed from the group bcoz she could not keep up with the choreography and her individual schedule was clashing...but it was wrong of sm to suddenly remove her...but there is always a reason...bcoz they are not fools to remove someone from the group when it is really popular...bcoz snsd loss some fans during that time...It's only my thinking...correct me If I m wrong somewhere...

Some songs l would like to suggest are No matter what, wave (you should definitely check),heartbeat, etc. And there are english songs too...like... new beginning but you might not like it becoz that song is totally a western ballad...sung by Swedish singer songwriter Astrid Holiday...hope it helped...
