BoA, "Best of Asia", and I totally agree. I've watched her videos many times and I get the distinct feeling that she is 110% committed to everything she does. Kwon Bo Ah... unmatched by any other K-POP, J-POP, T-POP or C-POP artist or group. BoA... need I say more?

Willfull Misconduct The biggest women in J-pop are Ayumi Hamasaki, Namie Amuro and Koda Kumi. Out of the three my favorite one is Ayumi Hamasaki (dubbed the Empress od J-pop). :)

Her dancing is like perfect. So charismatic, light and sharp. She's not even putting any effort into them but it looks perfect af Queen! Whoever choreographed this deserved so many awards because the choreography is simple yet brilliant.

I didn't know how to place it before, her charisma I mean, but I think I got it. She has such sincere stage presence. Other entertainers sometimes look as if they are trying too hard to feel the emotion of the song and the motivation is lost. She knows what her motivation is and she truly gets into the song. Her charisma and the way that she keeps your attention is what makes her a great performer! I hope that in the near future some more artists could bring back that charisma. :)

BOA never fails to amaze me. What amazes me the most is she doesn't have to show more of her skin just to show people she's absolutely amazing and has class at the same time unlike other girl artists/groups nowadays. I hope she'll release new songs soon!

***** its huge difference cuz u can see a lot of artists still popular and people listen to their music like Usher, byoncé, JB, John legend and more they are all old!! They attend huge music show and perform but in korea kids are more popular!! And the legend of kpop like BoA, super junior, Epic High and more they become unpopular!!

hmm.. I think the old kpop stars gave it to young kpop stars. when old stars was young, they did everything hard. they barely slept and played. so many years later they need time for themselves,love and family. cuz they are human. that's why lot's of kpop stars decrease rate of appearance on TV when they got older. many appearance on TV means no time.

I still can't believe that she was in my prep (pre 7th grade) book! She was acknowledged as one of the most influential people in Korea who expanded her music across the globe. I'm in 12th grade now and thinking about these makes me sad :( so much time has passed since then.

I dunno... it just surprises me that you have something as amazing as this, and then compare it to BoA's latest single (at this time, "Feedback") and it just surpasses it on every aspect... quality of musicality, cinematography, and choreography

3:03 to 3:10 did you know that BoA's white attire is called a violin dress? :D In relevance, there is also violin playing in the background music. The way she's holding it is to represent the sound of the instrument and how it effects the world. The violin dress--a very flowy and omnipresent design.

I still dont know a whole lot about k-pop but when i first saw boa (which was in "spica -why dont you love me") I immediately thought she was different from all the other artists of this genre. That certainly doesn't mean I dislike the others or what they do but as someone with more of a jazz-background she is the only one which really impressed me with her voice. Because its not that standard pop-voice you hear everywhere but actually a voice with its own character and unique style. I really started to like k-pop but if you'd ask me about great artists of this genre I couldn't name anyone but her!
