And once he gets a taste of how some people do it (live life), he gets this expression of desire on his face (for freedom) that changed his perspective (turned his vision upside down [upside down glasses]). Notice @0:23 - the same line pattern on his sewing table is the same line pattern outside (@0:35). Everything is controlled and has a place. This represents his very structured, disciplined, composed life, at work and outside of work. His job is “arts and crafts” which he goes to every day. The girls bring him random objects for him to “bedazzle”, but once he got a taste of freedom, he's no longer as obsessed with perfection and you start to see Lady Freedom's touch/independent spirit affecting his creative work: (@0:25-0:34) we see a girl bring him a white candle in the shape of the letter “I”. He carelessly cuts it in half and thoughtlessly throws the other half away (no more indecisive thoughts and hesitation), puts the remaining half of the candle in a white box and tapes it up with red and yellow tape (bold colors) in a messy way, no longer meticulous. He is comfortable and he is dressed in a pink jacket [he's finding love and comfort for what he does] atop his blue shirt and red tie [though still serious business]. (@0:35-54) After that day of work we see him go home, Lady Freedom's fingers walk across his sewing table along the lines which match him walking home across those same lines on the ground outside. As he approaches his house, there are two versions of him: work Jonghyun and private/home Jonghyun; the latter is in transition (the semi-transparent glass on his porch only de-colors his pants, but not the color of the blinds or the plants; thus emphasis on him going through a transition in his walk in life; who he is at home/in personal life / on the inside is changing and moving things around) and he changes his outfit to ripped jeans with holes in them. He's boldly exhibiting more self-expression, though still 50% tied to business (green suit and tie as his top). His perspectives/how he views life, his focus is shifting to something else (green eye contraption he holds up to his face). (@1:03-21) He has a burger in front of him; the burger looks nice and full [and filling] but he doesn't allow himself to enjoy it. The two overweight construction workers are uncomfortably close behind him while he is in front of his food (making him uncomfortable about eating junk). A girl literally watches / records him in front of his food, with a night scope camcorder, with 3 fake burgers on it (like a junk food cam, to catch him in the act of eating). Diet control. He can't eat comfortably like a normal person. He knows he has eyes watching him always. And he doesn't allow himself to eat that way. @1:11 Jonghyun displays a product called, “Snugger Strap”. He places it on himself, and the box says, “COMPLETE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT, SAFETY, COMFORT”. (Jonghyun looks for complete freedom to do what he wants, whether it's creatively or in the food he eats; all he wants is freedom, safety, and comfort). The product is meant to hold your camera, but he places an iron in it; something meant to hold fun, he is using to enslave himself to vain perfection: he used the iron to flatten all the parts of the burger just right, but the burger is just for display, he doesn't allow himself to eat it, all serious in his suit and tie (serious business about what he eats, professional). In contrast, he sees his fellow peers, construction worker and a girl, messily drip ketchup over themselves, on their casual outfits, on purpose. Mouth drops in envy and desire (I wish I could eat/be like that). (@1:21-23) Wish granted. Here come your fellow workers (construction workers, colleagues) to help overthrow the building you work at / your career / your profession that is hurting your lifestyle, that is keeping you shut in, trapped in a life that you don't want to live. All those orderly boxes at his “work place” start falling. (@1:24-26) Jonghyun stops ogling from behind the window, jumps out of that work building that was keeping him shut in; even though he willingly walked into it, he needed help to get shaken up/woken up and to get out of the oppressive career choice he made); before, he was only watching the girls dance through his work window/layer of separation, now he joins them and dances with them. He's wearing a shirt that says VISAS (like travel visas; free to go wherever he wants, whenever he wants); he's quitting work. He's dissimulating his footsteps with a paper bag and a water flipper so no one can track him. There's a COME BACK MJ (Michael Jordan) poster in the back. MJ retired. So is/was Jonghyun planning to retire (and he did). And he doesn't want to be found (thus hiding his tracks). And a little miss someone with orange tights is also hiding her tracks just like him. He and she clearly have the same destination / are going to meet up. (@1:26-34) Jonghyun is seen disposing of colorful “trashbags” / his dirt (things he doesn't want his fellow workers to see; condoms?). He disposes “it” behind their backs in secret. We see a girl pulling up her orange tights, thus her interaction with Jonghyun got sexual. One of Jonghyun's trashbags is that same color orange of the orange-tights-girl. We see a girl wearing that same color orange but now as a trash bag over her head (the girl Jonghyun is keeping a secret, and disposing of like trash, because he keeps his love life secret; she feels suffocated that he can't be open about her. She is not his ONLY girl evidenced by the long line of girls dancing in front of him, and the suggestive pose @1:34. He disposes of them all in secret. He can't openly date a girl like everyone else can. (@1:35-36) He enters his room through his closet after disposing of his trash (condoms and secret girls, girls he had to throw away due to the demands of his lifestyle/work and obsessive fans/eyes). His suffocatingly restricting diet is revealed: a mountain of skippy peanut butter jars in the corner of his room. He repetitiously eats the same thing, and possibly SPAM (the t-shirt hanging on the wall). (@1:36-40) He shuts his eyes, lights out (sleep time); his conscience and mind are still on the “trash” he disposed of. The girl in the orange bag; she now has a hole, can breathe (possibly dreaming that he'll be able to have an open relationship with her once he is free and has VISAS [the yellow visas shirt he now wears, “visas” plural means he can go wherever he wants in the world]). She takes the bag off her head. They can have a real relationship now that he is becoming free of his work/career. (@1:40-50) Jonghyun re-enters his work place, inspects, thinks about what he's going to do; he's vacating, it's empty, he has hung up his sewing board (where he use to do all his creative projects; it's all empty now); jumps out, on his work place shelves we catch glimpses of remaining boxes [remaining songs/records/project he left completed?]. Outside the building are the doors we saw him remove from his house, with missing doorknobs. He's de-constructing, no more obstacles, no more barriers. The plant that was on his porch is also next to the red trash cans. He's moving [please see Taemin's MOVE #1 MV after this, it explains what Jonghyun did next] and throwing his career away (he doesn't want to continue in that career; it's stifling). (@1:52-2:02) His tiny work place building has a big chunk missing out of the wall. Demolition of his career path has started and he couldn't be happier. (@2:06) Before this point, we never saw him interacting with women without an obstacle in between them (glass window at work, otherwise walking past them, no talking, no looking). Now he openly invites the girls into his room. (@2:19-31) He sews a thread through the red lipstick (which matches the color of the girl he threw into the orange bag @1:38). He looks beneath and up the foundations of the house / looks up the skirt of the girl, she's hiding behind a palm/fern leaf, Jonghyun's alone in his room without the backup dancers, he only has that girl on his mind; he's hiding behind plants too. Maybe timid of the new found freedom he has found though he is ecstatic about it. (@2:32-54) Jonghyun starts to leave. They are all happy about it, but still the process (procession) for him to get out is a solemn affair (stage the funeral/death). The construction worker in purple/lilac starts the domino effect at Jonghyun's orders/direction to help push him out/good bye. His friends/colleagues help him leave the frame / the public eye. (@2:55-3:08) he is the one getting demolished: SHINee's Jonghyun, the artist and performer is what we're saying goodbye to. The workplace Jonghyun. And he's happy. (@3:10-11) Lilac-shirt construction worker points to yellow-shirt construction worker, yellow-shirt construction worker points to himself (again, I think it's representing Taemin) who is directly under the light. (@3:12-19) Demolition of Jonghyun's oppressive career successful. BUT he's just one of MANY oppressed workers in the industry at different stages of escape. For anyone not catching my drift: Jonghyun is not actually dead. He just left the industry to go live an ordinary life as a free person totally detached from the constraints of fame and the pressure to be perfect in front of everyone.

in a nutshell: Taemin's MOVE #1 MV is about an artist who escaped; investigators are looking back at CCTV surveillance footage to figure out where he went. But he disappears without further trace, leaving the building of his work place for good.
