I read in comments that Move had not won a single award at music shows during it's promotion. It further said that it's because this song and concept was not Korean public friendly. But now many idols cover this song's choreography, both male and female. Taemin's music and artistry is ahead of its time. What an iconic masterpiece. We love a fearless king.

as a former dancer i have to say that even after all these years, in terms of difficulty (and not limited to) the choreography for move is still staying at the higher bracket of the ranking. one needs to have very high body control to nail the basics of this choreography and taemin really nails it. it is truly made for him❤

For newer fans and fans that misinterpreted Taemin's explanation : He's not embracing 'feminity' with this choreo, he's actually abolishing the idea that certain dances are for males and others for females. I've seen fans explaining this wrongly to reactors. The whole concept of 'feminity' and 'masculinity' is ridiculous and old. Learn that from him.

@@ratatouilletea yeah the choreographer is to be credited for creating the dance but TAEMIN deserves the praise he receives because, from the perspective of a dancer, that level of body-control is almost unattainable it's so difficult. The dance where you just look stupid unless you've mastered the technique. That choreography is not one you could just "wing-it" with.

To be fair, Taemin is one the rare Korean artists who could deliver such unisex vibe, a harmonious combination of both femininity and masculinity. This vibe I have seen a lot, but only been able to feel it from icons like Michael Jackson, Prince,... Taemin did not only showed me that he got the vibe but also pulled me in with him, made me move with his vibe and I was really able to feel that vibe and lived with that vibe for a moment. To me, that is absolutely a phenomenal talent🌹

Taemin has this amazing masculine sensuality that almost shouldn’t work, but it does. He’s really striking, and his eye contact with the camera and the audience is amazing. It really feels like he’s look AT you. It is captivating.

I feel like Taemin is extremely slept on in the kpop industry and it’s f’ed up. Like this song got 0 wins but everyone vibes to it. The sexy concept is literally OWNED by Taemin, no one can do it like Taemin, his flow and charisma is out of this world but people still look ahead of him.

Taemin said he already knew it...he made it cuz he wanted to... A huge portion of our society would never accept this which explains why it didn't receive awards... But it's damn famous, and his style is so different from others, that's what sets him apart from huge sea of idol performers 💖

@@trinnaann20 But you can try to tell your grandma the lyrics of Move itself. It was one of the sexiest song a man can sing to a woman. Not just it has a touch of androgyny which the goal is the genderless art where every gender can enjoy/perform Move. And honestly when a man covers it, the manliness cames out in a natural way. The beauty of the song is limitless. :)

Ashley Han No wonder you like her dancing skills - she is Koharu Sugawara, famous Japanese dancer and choreographer and she is the one who created Move choreography especially for Taemin :)
