People forget BoA was the first huge kpop star to break American charts with her English album back in the 2000’s. She continues to be relevant, I do wish SM promoted her as they do other artists

I remember that album. I remember almost falling over when I saw it in the music store that I went to every month when I was younger. First Korean artist in their shelves and I went there regularly so I knew what their showcase was like. BoA's a living legend.

SM NEEDS TO PROMOTE THEIR LIFE OUT OF THIS. It’s screaming relevancy, girl crush, main visual, main dancer, best styling and leader. She’s literally doing so much for SM, they could at least pump this masterpiece out. Can’t wait to see a live performance of this.

any veteran fans that are knowing Kpop long enough, Boa is definitely one of the Kpop pioneers long before the current global success of Kpop. (I was into Kpop in Wonder Girls/Girls' Generation eras) if this song were sung by one of the most popular Kpop groups/soloists as of now, the views would be at least 10 times more. at any rate, it's a great song and has all the criteria needed to be a kpop hit most fans want nowadays.

Newer fan, I got into kpop with bts in 2016, and boa is becoming possibly my new favorite after I found her in kpop rhythm game like 2 years ago. Was blown away that she had music in the early 2000s and late 2010s, and that her albums all had distinctive styles in addition to their quality. It's shocking that more newer fans haven't gotten into her.

보아가 데뷔한지가 23년인데 인구 45억명인 아시아에서 이만한 라이브실력, 가창력, 춤실력, 퍼포먼스, 비주얼, 인성까지 다 갖춘 솔로가수는 아직도 남녀 통틀어 한 명도 나오지 않았다. 거기에 현실에 안주하지 않고 끝없이 매년 노력하고 더더더 발전하려하는 성실함까지.. 앞으로 과연 우리나라에 이런 가수가 나올수가 있을까? 보아가 KPOP이 이만큼 알려졌을 때 데뷔를 했다면 전세계적인 디바로 역사에 남았을 것이다. 하지만 KPOP의 물꼬를 터준 것도 BoA.

There is a reason why BoA was titled the Queen of K-pop and will always be known as The Queen of K-pop. Look at her career. She’s been doing this for 22 YEARS! she’s charted in Korea, Japan, and the US. Has been in movies in the US as well as sang theme songs for anime’s in Japan like inuyasha. 22 years, 36 years old and still reinventing her sound and giving us something new with each comeback. She will always be relevant and such a huge name in the industry. She is and always will be the queen of K-pop.

This is amazing. It’s even more amazing that it is written by BoA, and true to her feelings of anger toward people who disrespect who she is and what she has done for Kpop. Many people seemed to have forgotten her impact and contributions. Those people are “too late in the game”. BoA is the GOAT!
