This is Jonghyun's first ever debut MV. That was the time i felt so proud because our main vocal finally had his solo debut. At first I wasn't used to this kind of style and music but it got more interesting as I gave it a few listens after that. I really like the performance in Yoo Hee Yeol's sketchbook, if you haven't checked it out then you should. His adlibs in the end of the song is just *chef kiss*. I got goosebump every time!

Something I noticed between Taemin and Jonghyun. With Taemin music and MV's he engages your fantasies in this dreamy like way but with Jonghyun it feels like with every song and MV you're having a direct interaction with him or are having a direct front row look into his world. Jonghyun engages your mind and forces you to pay attention to him, his words and thoughts. Taemin on the other hand paints a story, a fantasy that whisks you away and makes your heart flutter, like a romance novel. Not sure if anyone else pays attention to the interesting differences between these two but I'd love to know. Comment below if you see the same thing or differently.

This morning my sister came to me and said, "That guy from SHINee died." That guy from SHINee was more than just a guy to me. Not only was he a talented singer, and dancer but an incredible and loving human being. He sang and I sang along, he danced and I wanted to dance with him. I couldn't believe that our darling Jonghyun was gone. I held in my tears since I was in a public place but I realized that crying wouldn't be a bad thing. My love for him was never something I should've been ashamed of. I hope that together the KPop community and the SHINee world can come together at this horrible time of mourning. I am saddened by the passing of our beloved Jonghyun. May you shine forever in the stars with the love of your fans lifting you up forever. Rest in Peace.

"Crazy." My thought as I read news about him passed away. I asked myself "Why?" thousand times and began to regret things I haven't done for SHINee especially Jonghyun of all this time. The biggest question mark is, Kim Jonghyun, the funny, humorous, and romantic idol who I admired, dead by suicide? WHY? I'm hoping a miracle to come and gives him another chance to life. Wow, I'm honestly at shock at how many people dislike this song. Now, I'm not going to compliment the MV, the graphics, Jonghyun's abs, no I will push that aside to compliment the true talent that is Kim Jonghyun. Like, wow, I may get disagreements but Jonghyun is one of the best vocals in the K-pop music industry by far. As to what I've listen, his vocals are outstanding, smooth and just downright amazing. Did you guys, and by guys I mean the one's who claim the song is mediocre and cliche, even take the time to listen to his vocals? They are perfection. But no, from the comments I've seen, many are bashing on the music video or how supposedly 'its similiar to Taemin's Danger'. So what? Its still a goodass song, with its own unique melody that flows well with Jonghyun's vocals perfectly. It's funny how everyone used to hate on Taemin's Danger and now it's suddenly better than this? lol no, they're just totally different genres. It always was pretty clear that Jonghyun likes this kind of chill R&B/jazzy music so people expecting his solo sounded and looked like the typical SHINee or Taemin's song are delusional. This is more the type of song that the general public loves instead of the typical k-pop song for fans.

I remember him getting hate on this song and how the rap saved it, that he couldn't be a solo singer, and then others saying the rap ruined the song. I just kept coming back every day to watch this beautiful man with a beautiful soul sing with his wonderful voice. I always loved him and I miss him. Why couldn't he have just moved to the country and quit Shinee?? Oh yeah, he would have been severely hated on if he had quit the band.... Well, when I first saw in youtube a video that was titled RIP Jonghyun I thought it was a joke, I searched on the internet to see if it was a joke or not. I saw it on Wikipedia and news about Jonghyun... He IS dead, when I read that,I was REALLY in shock, I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT, I said nothing but looked for more info, not believing it. He was part of my childhood, I discovered kpop with shinee and some other groups but I liked them so much. This is really hurtful for every one but we should be happy and remember a lot of good memories of him to his honor. He told us that he wanted that, althought I think suicide wasn't the best choice for a handsome, talented, good-hearted man(AND FOR ANYONE)and with a precious, powerful voice like him. I have moderate depression and thought to suicide two times but I could never do it, living with depression or dysthymia can be really stressful and hurtful so don't judge him so easily, there are so many reasons why you can get depressed and also suicide when you get depressed, depression is really dangerous and many people take it just as something stupid but they don't know that sometimes a good advice or cheers can be really helpful and motivational for someone with it. I motivate you guys to help other people that have or don't have depression, you never know how powerful can be one simple word, and don't judge too easily cause we all got a lot of things we've passed through and everyone thinks and is different. Jonghyun we'll always remember you and how we loved your charisma and talent, just how we all loved yourself. Thanks for everything Kim Jonghyun, you did amazing on this life, now it's time to rest in peace. I’m just so destroyed at the news of his suicide. This video has a lot of symbolism of what he was going through and I’m so upset at myself for not realising the severity of his depression.
